Office Closure Dates:
Please be advised that our office will be closed for the holiday season starting Friday, 22nd December 2023. We will reopen and resume regular operations on Monday, 8th January 2024, at 9:00 AM.
Urgent Maintenance During Closure:
We understand that emergencies can occur at any time. To ensure your peace of mind during this period, we have set up an emergency contact system for any urgent maintenance issues.

They will provide instructions to reach our emergency maintenance team. Remember to leave a detailed message including your full name, property address, and a description of the emergency maintenance concern. Our dedicated team will respond promptly.

Urgent maintenance items include but are not limited to:
- Burst water services or serious leaks
- Blocked or broken lavatory systems
- Serious roof leaks
- Gas leaks
- Dangerous electrical faults
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Serious storm, fire, or impact damage
- Failure or breakdown of essential services (gas, electricity, water)
- Faults in essential appliances for hot water, cooking, or heating
- Any fault or damage causing the property to be unsafe or insecure
- Situations likely to cause injury or property damage
Non-Urgent Maintenance and Sales Enquiries:
For non-urgent maintenance issues, please email your Property Manager. These will be addressed promptly when our office reopens in the new year.
