A chance meeting with Emmy at an open house turned out to be a fortunate one. It is now our new residence and only good experiences followed that first meeting. We needed to see before we could purchase. Emmy negotiated a purchase prices satisfactory to both parties, allowing us a reasonable time to sell. We listed with House Estate Agents and embarked into a four week advertising program. Emmy sold it in three (3) weeks. During that time we were kept informed regularly and it became increasingly obvious that we were dealing with an agent whose ethics were open, honest and goal focused. First contact was with Emmy Thies and then Heston Marino took over negotiations up to a signed contract. Right from the start it was clear that the House team is staffed with energetic and enthusiastic young people who all actually have a very strong work ethic.
